Lincoln Plaza
Lincoln Plaza was a project to convert two industrial buildings- 99 South Street and 70-90 Lincoln street- to Class A office space. The design included a new core for elevators and services, a new building entrance on South street, rethinking of the courtyard between the two buildings, and new lobbies. The courtyard was landscaped with trees, cobblestones, and benches, and a fountain with tromp-l’oeuil trelliswork was created for the back wall. The project was completed in 1986.
Richard Smith was project architect for Stahl Associates.
